This magical mascara creates dreamy lashes with three lash-plumping effects. The water-resistant texture is long lasting and stays put. The formula provides volume, length, and curl to lashes - the result of Tri-Active Lash Complex: a combination of silica and waxes that help to significantly increase the volume of lashes (up to three times more volume).

This lash-loving complex is combined with a lengthening polymer containing very fine micro-spheres that strengthen the lashes; a gum lacquer and another polymer, covacryl (packed with coating and fixing powers), to help increase the lashes' curl (25 percent more curl); and D-Panthenol and ceramides to help moisturize, nourish, and add shine.

The brush has everything to do with adding length and volume without clumping. I didn't notice that it added any curl, but this is still a very good overall mascara. "
