"This is the worst mascara I ever bought. It did not define or lenghten my lashes. It just made big clumps and was not easy to apply. The colour lacked lustre. Will never buy it again and would not recommend it neither."

    "I got Shiseido The Makeup Extra Length Mascara about two months ago now and It's just okay. I wouldn't go out and buy this again because it dried up real quick, it doesn't define my lashes. It clumps when you try to put on a second coat. I cannot use this mascara on it's own but it's way to clumpy. It doesn't even lengthen very much. Normally, I apply this with a defining mascara.. but other than that.. it dried it SUPER quick. Not worth the money. "

    "A lenghtening mascara that does what it promises: the fibers really extend. This mascara is rather "dry," and sets quickly--I like that, because "wet" mascara makes my lashes uncurl if I've curled them. I use this mascara for evening, and I often put a coat of a different brand of volumizing over the top--so I use this product as a lengthening "base." I wear contacts, and have not had any problems with irritation or fibers falling off. It does require makeup remover, so I don't wear it every day. This product is SO much better than the Fiberwig mascara that was featured in Elle in Jan. 09. My tube usually lasts 6 months or so, and I've used the product for at least 5 years. "

I like the color and quality of this mascara, but the applicator wand isn't that great, and the fibers on the brush cause the mascara to clump up, which is a pain. If Shiseido redesigned the packaging/applicator wand, I would definitely buy this product again. "
