    "I love the water proofing side. My mascara wont smear or smudge even when I cry my head off.

I like the primer, it adds a little extra volume to eyelashes, but not as much as I had expected. Actually it seems to like rub off once i apply mascara so the effects dont last. Oh well I'd buy again just for the water proofer. "

    "Love 'lingerie', it's an awesome primer that really thickens and lenthens. It goes on smooth and hardly clumps. HOWEVER, i've completely abandoned the 'galoshes' end of the tube. First of all it doesn't smell too good, and it has a thick white consistency that leaves your eyelashes with white streaks=[ i hate for this to be my first review for urban decay as i'm a big fan of their other products."

    "What a great product! Use the lingerie side under your mascara (let it dry while you do your eye makeup) then apply your mascara- you'll only need 1 coat!- then if your mascara isn't waterproof put the goloshes on there.... really adds volumne... and I think it keeps my mascara from clumping, but it might be my imagination!"

    "Super product! Two great items in one tube! Makes lashes much fuller than without the primer. "
    "I didn't use mascara much before I bought this product. I also hated that when I did wear mascara for special occasions I was limited to waterproof varieties that don't always come in the colors I like. This fixed everything. The product takes a little practice to get used to proper application but the primer makes my lashes so thick and long and the waterproofing works until I wash my face. "
